Customer Service Account Representative
Position Summary: Kee Auto Top is a leading manufacturer of domestic and foreign convertible tops and vinyl tops from 1940 to present day. Selling to trim shops and distributors around the globe. We attribute our continued success to our talented team and loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
The customer service account representative is responsible for receiving a high volume of inbound calls. Taking customer orders, answering questions regarding product, pricing, etc. Respond to customer e-mails and enter orders. Must have a Can- do positive attitude and work well with others. General office duties. Fast paced busy office environment
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of makes/models of cars a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of in a customer service account representative role
- Team Player a Must
Hours 8:00-5:00 Monday – Friday. Some overtime may be required. Excellent
